How long does it take to ship out my order?
Most items will ship out within a week of ordering.
When will I receive my order?
The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your location and the shipping option that you choose.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
I ordered my item a while ago but it has not arrived yet. Where is it?
If you have not received your item 2 weeks after dispatch (within Canada), or 1 month after dispatch (internationally), your item may have gotten lost in transit. Please feel free to contact us if you have this issue.
I live in Toronto, can I request for a pickup to save on shipping costs?
Yes you can! If you would like to do this, please contact us.
Can I request a refund?
We accept refunds up to 1 week after receiving your item. You will be required to cover any additional shipping costs it takes to ship the item back to us in its original condition.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We will cancel your order if possible but we will not be able to cancel your order once production on your item has begun.
I received the wrong order! / My order came damaged!
Whoops! Mistakes do happen from time to time. Please contact us and we will fix the issue.

OOAK stands for One of a Kind. OOAK items are limited quantity and will likely not be made again.

Am I able to buy your items in person?
Yes! Our items can be found in some local boutiques and we sometimes exhibit at conventions. If you would like to see Café de Yume at a certain convention, don't hesitate to suggest it to us!
Can I buy your items wholesale?
We do offer wholesale on certain items. Please send us an inquiry!
